The create form captures the loan shell plus optional declared applicant context. Full evidence, verification inputs, and Exposure Risk source data are still handled inside the case workspace.
Case status is an operational label. In review means the case is inside the internal workflow. Requires review means an open item needs human attention.

Demo harness cases are easiest to identify by loan amount and LVR: clean/stale examples use $650,000 at 0.72 LVR, missing evidence uses $780,000 at 0.80 LVR, manual review uses $540,000 at 0.77 LVR, compliance uses $620,000 at 0.76 LVR, and governance hold uses $400,000 at 0.66 LVR.
